Utopian Dream Dance Workshop and Entertainment Festival

The Utopian Dream encompassed one of the largest print and web developments I have personally created and managed to date. Consisting of a dynamically new flash image and gallery system, news, online promotional materials and national dance posters, The Utopian Dream was an exciting and challenging project.

The Utopian Dream festival, which was organised by professional dancer and SYTYCD choreographer Trav Ross, proved to be an immensely popular and successful event with many attendants already looking forward to next year. The project which was based from the original concept of the old static informative holidaycoasthiphop.com.au website has now grown to become more interactive showcasing exclusive dance videos and images of the choreographers. In a few short weeks of releasing the new www. utopiandream.com.au that now consist of a vast array of new features and online strategic planning has grown to become one of Australia’s leading dance entertainment sites.

The success of its new launch saw a dramatic increase in online enquiries, visitors, and growth in Google search results.

The Utopian Dream is an annual dance workshop event showcasing some of Australia’s premiere choreographers and dancers. This years 2009 Utopian Dream featured guests direct from the US, such as Swoop, Ill Will, and Jason Winters, along with National choreographers/instructors, Marko Panzic, Csaba, Sean Robinson, Meg Cooper, Carl Telva, Hemlock, and many more. Although held in small beach town Coffs Harbour, the festival accommodated dancers as from Perth, Darwin Rockhampton.
